DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of handmade home decor products, bags, baskets, and similar handmade products ordered by the Buyer from the Seller's website electronically.

Of the purchased products;

4. Payment

Payments are made by credit card, debit card, or other secure payment methods offered on the website.

5. Delivery

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed.

Since the production time for handmade products may vary, the estimated delivery time is stated on the product page.

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Buyer during the order, via the contracted shipping company.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified by email or in writing within this period.

7. Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

                ●             Products produced according to measurements

                ●             Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

                ●             Used, damaged, or products that have lost their resalability

8. Return

The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale.

For returns that meet the conditions, the product fee will be refunded to the Buyer using the payment method within the legal period.

9. Warranty

Defects arising from the production of handmade products are evaluated within the scope of relevant consumer legislation.

10. Force Majeure

In extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, cessation of transportation, and similar events, the delivery period may be extended.

11. Disputes

In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was made are authorized, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Commerce.

12. Enforcement

The Buyer is deemed to have read and accepted this entire agreement when placing an order through the website.
